Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order free of charge until it has been shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled but can be returned according to our refund policy.

How to Cancel

1. Log into your account and go to "My Orders"
2. Find the order you want to cancel
3. Click "Cancel Order" if the option is available
4. If the cancel option is not available, contact us immediately at support@testiswest.shop or call us

Cancellation Timeframe

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order
• After 2 hours, cancellation depends on order processing status
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

Refund for Cancelled Orders

• Full refund for orders cancelled before shipping
• Refund processed within 3-5 business days
• Refund will be credited to the original payment method

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, you will be notified immediately and receive a full refund.
