Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Products must be in original packaging and unopened
- Perishable items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
- Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return
Refund Process

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will provide return instructions and shipping label
- Pack the items securely and ship them back to us
- Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the items

- Original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, etc.)
- Bank transfer for cash on delivery orders
- Store credit (if preferred by customer)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective items, please contact us immediately with photos of the product. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

- Opened food items (for safety and hygiene)
- Items damaged by misuse
