Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Products must be in original packaging and unopened
  • Perishable items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
  • Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return

Refund Process

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide return instructions and shipping label
  4. Pack the items securely and ship them back to us
  5. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the items

Refund Methods

  • Original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, etc.)
  • Bank transfer for cash on delivery orders
  • Store credit (if preferred by customer)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective items, please contact us immediately with photos of the product. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Opened food items (for safety and hygiene)
  • Items damaged by misuse
